Join our resident chocolate expert, Michelle, for an enchanting journey through the world of chocolate at Dionysus Winery & Woo Chocolates. Discover how premium cocoa is sourced from the finest regions and learn to discern between good and exceptional chocolate. You will learn about the process of making chocolate. Enjoy a tasting of single origin chocolates during the workshop, plus take home five exquisite single origin bars as well as a six pack of bon bons to savour. You will also receive a comprehensive booklet to refer to as you continue your chocolate journey! Enjoy your choice of a glass of wine, or a delicious hot chocolate during the workshop. The cost of the workshop is $95 per person.
