Wine Tasting
(Up to Six people)
Experience the flavours of Dionysus Winery with our wine tasting experiences. Our expert cellar door staff will guide you through the tasting of our current vintage wines, allowing you to ask questions and learn about our winery and the wines we create.
We have several options:

Enjoy your choice of cheese or handmade chocolates matched with wine and explore how these two elements interact to bring out the best in both. For a unique experience, our chocolates have been made with the wines in the fillings.

Join us for an informative and educational self-paced chocolate tasting experience!
Discover different types of chocolate—compound, regular, and couverture—as you explore the fascinating chocolate-making process.
You'll receive a comprehensive booklet filled with insightful notes, tips on tasting chocolate, taste raw ingredients used in chocolate making, and explore the difference between compound, regular and couverture chocolates.
The highlight of the experience is tasting four exquisite couverture chocolate bon bons.

Chocolate Connoisseur Workshop
Join our resident chocolate expert, Michelle, for an enchanting journey through the world of chocolate.
Discover how premium cocoa is sourced from the finest regions and learn to discern between good and exceptional chocolate. You will learn about the process of making chocolate.
Enjoy a tasting of single origin chocolates during the workshop, plus take home five exquisite single origin bars as well as a six pack of bon bons to savour. You will also receive a comprehensive booklet to refer to as you continue your chocolate journey!
Enjoy your choice of a glass of wine, or a delicious hot chocolate during the workshop.
The cost of the workshop is $95 per person.
