The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is full of promise with a deep colour and firm structure, backed up with rich fruit and herbal aromas.
 
It has a long, luscious palate with great fruit intensity and depth of flavour, with lovely red fruits and hints of vanilla from the French oak.
 
This Cabernet is beautiful now and will mature for many years.  The fruit was sourced from the Hilltops region following the hail wipe out of Dionysus Vineyard.
