of aniseed and has a crisp mouth feel. The wine was handcrafted to enhance
the citrus fruit flavours and is an excellent wine to have seafood and

This wine has passionfruit and tropical fruit aromas, it is rich with
a backbone of acidity. Drink it young while it is fresh and vibrant. It
goes well with soft cheeses and cold meats.
2007 Chardonnay SOLD OUT
This wine has been barrel fermented in new and seasoned french oak. It
has lovely fruit characteristics of peaches and melon with hints of butter
displayed on the aroma and palate. Lees maturation and stirring has resulted
in a wine with beautiful richness and softness on the palate. It is a
perfect accompaniment for strongly flavoured fish such as Atlantic salmon
or white meats like chicken of pork.
2008 Maenads Rosé $18.00
A wine made to enjoy with friends and family! This Rosé has been
made with Cabernet Sauvignon fruit and it has lovely strawberry characteristics
displayed on the aroma and palate. The wine is a perfect match for an
entrée of Antipasto or a fresh and intense partner for a meat curry.
2005 Pinot Noir $25.00
This Pinot Noir has a cherry red colour. The aroma is of berries, spice
and violets. The wine has great complexity of flavour and with good acidity
lingers long on the palate. It suits meats such as quail or goose and
goats cheese.
2006 Cabernet Merlot $22.00
This wine has an aroma of berries and plums with hints of mint and some
toasty oak character. The palate has great fruit intensity, soft tannins,
and complexity from new and seasoned French oak. Match it with strong

2006 Shiraz $22.00
This wine has aromas of berries, pepper and spice. The palate exhibits
soft tannins and is long and full flavoured. The wine spent twenty months
in French and American oak. It suits meats such as lamb or beef and strongly
flavoured cheese.
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon $22.00
This wine is deep crimson with rich purple hues. The aroma is redolent
of blackcurrants with hints of mint. The long, luscious palate has great
fruit intensity, and skilful use of French oak has created great depth
