Dionysus winery is situated in the Canberra District - an area that produces premium cool climate wines. Since opening the Cellar Door in March 2003, over 10 000 people have visited Dionysus Winery. Dionysus Winery now sells a selection of gourmet products made in the local area as well as the Riverina and Gosford. Our range includes Macadamia Oil, Dukkah, dessert sauces, nuts in honey, bush herbs, Olive Tapenade, Mustard Oil, Pesto, pickled vegetables and the ever popular pickled onions called "bum hummers".
Dionysus Winery introduces a new range of wine accessories including stemless wine glasses, bottle openers, wine thermometers, pourers, wine appreciation books and much more. A gift can be found for every wine lover.
Dionysus Winery has pleasure in participating in local wine festivals.
Dionysus Winery is conducting Wine Appreciation classes for the Canberra Institute of Technology. The course runs for six weeks and is held at CIT Bruce campus. The course is lots of fun and provides an environment to discover wines that appeal to each individual and provides information on how to purchase wines that you'll like in the future.
